How soon may I expect to receive my order?: We'll ship within 24 to 48 hours after receipt of your payment. [back]
Do you ship outside the USA?: Yes, we do ship internationally. Please contact us for a shipping quote, letting us know your precise shipping address, including postal zone. [back]
What are your shipping charges?: Orders up of to five items ship via USPS first-class mail within the USA for $3.00. Each piece listed in your shopping cart is considered a single item for shipping purposes. For example, a five-pack of buttons is considered a single item, a pair of doll hands is considered a single item, and a 15-pack of doodads is also considered a single item. For orders of more than five items, each additional item is 16¢ more (so shipping a 6-item order will cost $3.16, a 7-item order will ship for $3.32, and so on). [back]
What forms of payment will you accept?: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express charges. In addition, we accept cashier's checks, money orders, and personal checks. [back]
